These Terms of Service govern advertising, directory placement, and promotional services offered through Visit the Wichita Mountains, the Wichita Mountains & Ft. Sill Visitor Guide, and related digital properties operated by CEC Search LLC.

1. Services Provided

We provide advertising and promotional opportunities for local, regional, and approved businesses through print, digital, directory, marketplace, and related visitor guide placements.

2. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate business information, contact details, logos, images, advertising copy, offers, pricing, and any other materials required for placement.

3. Content Approval

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any advertising content that we determine is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the standards of the Visitor Guide.

4. Placement and Design

Final placement, formatting, layout, and presentation are subject to production requirements, editorial judgment, technical limitations, and available space.

5. Publication Timing

Print and digital publication dates and distribution schedules are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the selected advertising package, billing schedule, or invoice terms.

7. Recurring Billing

Advertisers selecting recurring billing authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing frequency.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to prevent future recurring charges.

9. Refund Policy

Advertising payments are generally non-refundable once work, setup, placement reservation, or publication has begun.

10. Advertiser Changes and Corrections

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing submitted information and proofs when provided.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Advertising visibility, leads, sales, bookings, website traffic, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

12. Business Directory and Marketplace Listings

Listings may include business names, descriptions, categories, contact information, images, and promotional details.

13. Print Guide Limitations

Printed colors, image sharpness, sizing, and appearance may vary between screens, proofs, and final printed materials.

14. Digital Services

Digital placements may appear on websites, landing pages, directories, social media, email campaigns, and related platforms.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party websites or services.

16. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of submitted materials while granting us permission to use them for promotional purposes.

17. Prohibited Content

We may reject or remove content involving unlawful claims, misleading offers, hate speech, adult content, deceptive pricing, or inappropriate material.

18. Limitation of Liability

CEC Search LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from advertising services.

19. Indemnification

Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CEC Search LLC from claims arising from submitted materials or business practices.

20. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update services, pricing, policies, or these Terms from time to time without prior notice.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
